Alive is a fitness and wellness app created by Whitney Simmons, a highly respected fitness influencer. Features
- Programs: Alive offers a wide selection of 17 specialized programs based on individual fitness goals. When you join a program, you receive a comprehensive schedule of workouts spanning several weeks. This eliminates any guesswork and helps you stay focused on achieving your goals.
- Challenges: Recognizing the importance of mental health, Alive presents 30-day challenges that combine physical and mindfulness exercises with journal prompts. These challenges encourage you to push your limits and establish healthy habits for daily living.
- Daily Workouts: With over 100 daily workouts available, Alive caters to a range of preferences. The workouts are conveniently categorized (e.g., HiiT, Abs, Pull) so you can choose the type of workout that suits your needs.
- Journey: Alive understands that leading a fit and healthy life is a lifelong process. The Journey feature enables you to track your progress through weight, photos, and a timeline. Additionally, Alive can sync with Apple Health to keep you on track with your active minutes and weight. Consistency is rewarded with achievements as you achieve your goals.
Subscriptions / Alive Premium: Alive is available as a free download with two Premium subscription options: Monthly and Annual. Both options include a 7-day trial period. Subscribing to Alive Premium grants full access to all the app's programs and daily workouts.
Your subscription is managed through your iTunes account and will be automatically renewed unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. To manage your subscriptions or disable auto-renewal, access your Account Settings after purchase. Please note that refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
